  1. Stand and stretch your arms wide

  4. Commit to one creative action today

  5. At week's end, choose one question to explore in creative work

Create a daily flame-tending ritual:

  1. Light a candle (or imagine one)

  3. Consider this your daily offering to keep the spark alive
  4. Notice: does the flame burn brighter with consistent tending?
